Yesterday when I started to make the traditional ham-cheese-pineapple pizza I suddenly had an appetite for totally different pizza. I opened the fridge and checked what ingredients could I use. After finding fresh champignons, rucola and cherry tomatoes...I thought that that's should do it. The result was colourful and tasty. Later I thought that Parma ham would also suit well on it, so next time I'll add it also.
Pitsa taigna võid ju osta poest näiteks Vilma õhukese pitsapõhja pulbri, või teha ise peaaegu sama kiirelt valmiva taigna - retsept siin.
Pizza dough powder can be bought from the shop or you can make it as quickly following this recipe - pizza dough recipe.
Pitsakate /Pizza topping:
- ise tehtud Marinara kaste (Kusjuures seda võib vabalt teha suurema portsu ning siis sügavasse säilituskarpidesse oma aega ootama jätta) /Self made Marinara sauce (you can make it a larger amount and conservate the remaining sauce in freezer for next time)
- riivitud Gouda juust / grated Gouda cheese
- sinihallitusjuust / blue cheese
- värsked viilutatud šampinjonid / sliced fresh champignons
- rukola / rucola
- kirsstomatid / cherry tomatoes
Head isu!
At first roll the pizza dough thin. Smear the Marinara sauce on the pizza base so it would be nicely juicy. Spread the grated Gouda cheese, pieces of blue cheese and slices of champignons together with some rucola on the base.
Bake it in preheated oven at 220 degrees C about 15-20 minutes until you see that the pizza is nice and golden. Take it out and cover it with some fresh rucola leaves and quartered cherry tomatoes (Personally I don't like oven baked tomatoes, that's why I put fresh ones on...but ofcourse they can be put on pizza before baking).
Enjoy your pizza!
